Hospitality content photographed for Tria Wine Bar in Philadelphia.

From isolated posts to a working system.

Tria is a Philadelphia wine bar built around conversation, discovery, and an approachable way into wine, cheese, and beer.

Over eight months, I shaped a social-content system that supported daily service, recurring programming, events, and the community forming around the bar.

Content with a job to do.

Weekly programming

Happier Hour and Sunday School became dependable parts of the publishing rhythm.

Events

Classes, tastings, and guest instructors received focused promotion before and after each event.

Daily hospitality

Wine, cheese, service, and atmosphere kept the everyday experience visible between events.

Reusable recaps

Each production day created material that could return in future edits and reminders.

Plan once. Make more from every shoot.

Shot lists were tied directly to upcoming content needs. That let one session produce short-form video, photographs, event reminders, and recap material without starting over for every post.

Events and programming

Wine and service

Community became part of the work.

Over eight months, guests began sharing Tria’s content and participating in the account more often. I also connected with neighboring restaurants, hotels, and local businesses, helping Tria take a more active role in Philadelphia’s hospitality community.

The focus was not rapid follower growth. It was building stronger engagement with the audience already there and leaving the team with a repeatable system for planning, producing, and publishing content.

What the work created.

  • Established a consistent publishing rhythm
  • Increased engagement and guest participation
  • Built relationships with restaurants, hotels, and local businesses
  • Created a repeatable planning, production, and publishing workflow
